Marble staircase will lead down to the basement where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 larders, shower room and integral garage for 3 cars. Coming out of kitchen-diner you will find shaded and sunny terraces and access to the swimming pool that has a see through all encompassing cover for winter use.
The top floor comprises 4 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. One of the bedrooms and one of the shower rooms has access to side terraces enjoying mountain and sea views.

Upper Level
Here we find 4 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has access to terrace and one of the shower room s ( complete with hydro massage cabin) also with access to another terrace.
Basement
The beautiful marble staircase will lead down to the basement level comprises a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to terrace and swimming pool area, shower room, garage for 3 cars,
The swimming pool - is a kidney shaped pool with an approximate size of 8x4m , has terracing and terrace furniture all around and can be enclosed during the less warm months.
The house has air conditioning in every room including the kitchen. All blinds are electrically operated.
